Sarah

Founder of Crafted Chic Hair

My Journey began at the age of ten when I was Diagnosed with Alopecia, an autoimmune condition that caused unpredictable hair loss. Over the years, I tried to manage the patches as best I could. However at twenty-eight, I experienced a dramatic loss of 95% of my hair, which felt like my world had turned upside down.

At that point, I entered the wig world with no support or guidance, unsure of where to begin. My first wig experience was challenging and disheartening, and I was brought to tears, wondering if this was truly my reality. However, over the past twelve years, through countless experiences and exploring various companies and hair types I've come to understanding what truly matters...

"The quality of the hair. The natural hairline. The vibrant colour.

The longevity and ultimately achieving a look that feels as natural and comfortable as possible."

In addition to living with alopecia, I'm also a trained hairdresser with Level 1, 2 and 3 qualifications. This background gives me an experienced understanding of hair colouring, tone as well as styling. Therefore, I'm not just here to help you along your journey to find a perfect wig, but also to ensure that the colours and styles are tailored to you.

My mission is to provide not only high-quality bespoke wigs but also the compassionate support, something that's often missing in the industry. I see this as a wonderful opportunity to give back to people like myself and help women regain the confidence that took me twelve years to find.
