Measuring your headClick to Read More

There are three main measurements:- Circumference, Front to Nape and Ear to Ear.

Circumference - Place the tape measure along your forehead at your natural hairline, then wrap it around your head, passing above your ears and around the nape of your neck, and finally meeting back at the forehead.

Front to Nape – Start at your forehead at the natural hairline and run the tape over the top of your head down to the nape of your neck, stopping where the natural hairline meets the neck.

Ear to Ear – Position the tape above the left ear at the natural hairline and then run it across the top of your head to the right ear.

How do I remove my lace?Click to Read More

First, place the wig on your head and tighten the straps at the back if needed. You'll want a small pair of scissors. Begin by cutting the lace in small sections, starting at the centre of your forehead. Use a slight zigzag pattern as you move towards your ears, and its best to leave about 1 cm of lace at first – you can always cut more if needed.

Once the front is done, carefully cut the lace around your ears. There are many helpful YouTube tutorials available, which I highly recommend. Alternatively, I'm also happy to send your wig with the lace pre-cut for your convenience.

How often should I wash my wig?Click to Read More

We recommend you wash you wig once every 2 to 3 weeks, including giving the wig an insensitive moisturising treatment for 24 hours. It is important not to wash it too frequently, as it can course colour fade.

Additionally, if you use glue or tape to secure the wig, make sure to gently remove the adhesive with a sponge and water once you take it off. This helps to prevent any build up.

After careClick to Read More

We provide a comprehensive list of recommended products to help maintain and preserve the wigs quality. It is best to minimize heat exposure by allowing the wig to air dry whenever possible and avoiding heat-style tools.

There are many fantastic no-heat curling products available to help you achieve beautiful curls without damaging the hair.

Added layers, fringe or change of partingClick to Read More

Yes, you can add layers and a fringe. Please note that once these adjustments are made, the wig becomes a custom-made produce and is therefore none-returnable.

Changing the parting is available on all wigs, just make sure to include any personalized requests in your order notes.
